Placing your order
Orders can be placed through our secure website anytime and paid via credit card, PayPal, direct deposit or cheque / money order. Alternatively, you can phone or email us your order and we will send you a confirmation of your purchase.
Three Little Owls uses Eway, a secure payment gateway, to process all credit card payments as well as 128-bit SSL encryption to ensure that all your personal details are completely secure.

Please ensure you leave your order number or name as a reference when transferring funds. Your order will be sent as soon as payment has been cleared.
Cheque / Money Order Cheques made payable to 'Three Little Owls', and money orders can be posted to:

Delivery within Australia All orders are processed within 24 hours and delivered to you within 2-4 business days. If you require a more immediate form of delivery, simply contact us and we can arrange this.
We charge a flat rate of $7.50 Australia wide on all orders. Delivery is via Australia Post. Any orders over $150 are delivered FREE of charge. Loss or damage (although very rare!) is not covered. If you wish to place insurance, please let us know.
International Orders International orders will be sent via Australia Post Air Mail. Delivery is usually within 4-7 business days, depending on where you live. We have flat international delivery fees as follows :
Gifts We all love receiving gifts! If you would like to purchase a gift, we can beautifully gift wrap it for a small charge of $4.50 and send it directly to the recipient on your behalf.
Three Little Owls carries a range of gift cards for all occasions that you may purchase to go with your gift or we can add our signature gift tag at no extra charge. Write your message in the ‘comments’ box at checkout and we will do the rest. Don’t forget to let us know the occasion!
If you’d like some suggestions or help selecting the perfect gift, just give us a call. We’re more than happy to help. You can also purchase a gift voucher and leave the choice up to them.
